THE 6 OF EMOTIONS TAROT MESSAGE
old friends, old loves, old memories coming back, feelings of nostalgia, the past, a time to reach out to those you were once close to, a beautiful mirror of how far you’ve come
You are the future self of your inner child. Do you call on your wisdom in order to lead that child enough? Are you modelling the behaviour that will get you where you want to be?

EXPERIENCING the Tarot 6 OF EMOTIONS
Splash. Jump. Giggle. Toot. And all the world’s a game! Remember her? The little girl testing mommy’s shoes or the little boy jumping into the puddle to capture frogs. Can you feel them? They are still there, in the strands of DNA and in the muscle memories of your life. And sometimes, they still need to be cuddled. Held. Reminded that the world is a big beautiful puzzle and that sometimes…. you’re it! as you run around like wild-stock in a game of tag. This Muse holds a mirror of time in front of you, and asks you to drink from its fountain of youth and then speed forwards to a future version of yourself who will remember your present…. with clarity and love. She reminds you that life-long friends and family (and old flames and joys!) can be called on, accessed and enjoyed, if only in memories. She reminds you that inside of this mirror of time that all the world is framed by the filters of memory and perception. Every time you access your memories you change and colour them, a little bit. The Muse smile as she points out that, in this way, you have been changing your past since the day you were born, so why not choose to remember your life in a way that will heal your heart and serve up joy?
Start your meditation in front of yourself. You stand in front of yourself, and you are holding a giant mirror. Look into the mirror and observe your image now, in the present – and then watch images of your past come alive in the mirror. Walk into the mirror at any point that feels right, and explore a moment in your past. What messages does the past hold for you, today?
• Re-create (draw, paint, etc.) something that was important to you when you were a child.
• Imagine you are a nostalgia healer travelling through time, and you are collecting memories for yourself. Which ones are good for you? And which ones could you let go of? Which ones need a reframe? Or a little more love? Make a memory container for the ones you intend to keep.
