EXPERIENCING the Tarot SUN
In a world full of sun and shadow, she always finds a speck of time to pause, and a moment to stop and say hello to the sunlight. For the sun is life itself. Divine energy. The will to grow and to thrive, and the ability to do so. When she slows enough to really feel, and she reaches out with her mind to say hello to this massive surge of positive energy, she always finds her mind spinning beautifully, peacefully, hypnotically. And the dance it does is one of geometric shapes and of full flow from the divine. It’s a dance of ideas and of healing memories. Because oh, how the sun can heal. Her mandala mind kicks up its colours and adds a perfect jolt of freedom found… in her heart. She knows that this signals oncoming success. Total freedom. Joy and happiness. She floats, knowing that she will experience it soon, and that her life is about to get a whole lot better.
Find a spot to meditate where you can feel the sunshine on your face. (Or imagine the sunshine warming your face.) Imagine the photons… the little particles… the specks of light seeping into your pores. Each one, each particle a small bundle of joy with a light code that will regenerate healing, wellness and positivity. Allow the sunlight to enter your outer layer of skin, and allow it to deepen slowly as its vitamin energy roots blessings into your core. Feel the healing, and smile.
Happiness is a word that can be difficult to relate to for some. It can be an elevated, fictitious state that seems almost unattainable. Other people see happiness as simple. The small things. Laughter throughout the day. Where do you land? What is happiness? Commit to finding it by jotting down the small happy joys of one day. All of them. And then waking up the next morning to read them in gratitude.
“Some people are so much sunshine to the square inch.” –Walt Whitman
