The Muse of the 5 of Voices looks down, reflecting back how often we forget to think about the things that are the most important to us when we strive to win. Sometimes, we forget about how we should act, and we forgo our better interests – our integrity, our balance, our light – in order to come out on top. The Muse watches those who do things that they aren’t proud of, choosing tiny victories over their own evolution. She knows that it can feel as if our reason for existing is to climb a ladder that goes… now wait… where does it really go? With laser precision, she illuminates the solitude, frustration, anger or sadness that can keep us in the state of needing to win and needing to be right. She illuminates any ‘not enoughness’ that fuels our desire to feel successful, beautiful, accepted… and at the top of our game. She reveals the scarcity that keeps us wanting to be ‘better than’ – and she offers a chance to step off the hamster wheel and to look at your surroundings in a new light. ‘What costs are you paying to win? And what fallout is associated with those costs?’ And for those who have lost, or who have felt any injustice, shame or inadequacy around an unrequited desire to triumph, she asks you to remember that everything you can glean from your loss will set you up for better opportunities in the future. We succeed when we decide we can improve, and she asks you to remain mindful of the things that really matter: connection, trust, truth, honesty, integrity… being able to forgive and being compassionate… helping those who are part of your team and always striving to be the very best version of yourself. The Muse of deep rest and healing –The 4 of Voices – welcomes you to her starlight nebula of rebirth and renewal, and she offers you a time away so that you can escape the wheel of chaos and busy-ness that so quickly becomes the pattern. She shifts the mix of stars and rose petals, and spins you the sweetest of waters. She brews an elixir made for your wounds, both energetic and physical… and emotional and spiritual. She invites you to walk slowly across the bridge, and to fall into the deepest of rests with her. Sleep, sweet creator love. You must rest for your health. Sleep, for this is where all the energy to create your path will be found. And without this rest, you will miss a key resource that you need to complete your mission.

The storm clouds brew on the horizon, just out of reach for their cleansing waters to wash over her lands. She sits, feeling splintered, and holding onto the last shard of light she has. She tries to breathe her heart together, with wishes and trinkets of comfort.
Yet they feel empty.
Waning. Inconsistent. The words were harder to hear than she thought they’d be.
And the Muse watches over her, feeling every tear… every sob… every note sang in despair. She sees the painful separation and distance between what she wanted and what she is experiencing… the painful breaking free of a path that was not really her true path, at all. And she watches the small creature fold into the ground, releasing the hurt that she is holding in her chest. Then, when the connection is strong, she whispers small comforts to her… starting with the mind, “Sweet one, hold on to those tiny fragments as they will weave their way together. Sit tight, as your beautiful heart will heal. Your healing is imminent, and you will find the sweetest of joy once more.”

Two paths. Two options. One is real and one is not. One leads to a future, and one will fade away as potential without form. The 2 of Voices sits at the doorway, gently urging the traveller forth, regardless of the duality is being experienced. The Muse spins options for her, offering paths that lead in different directions so that she remembers that she has free will. She weaves realities that allow travellers to take control and deem themselves fully responsible for their circumstances, for their successes and their joys. She whispers, “Even rocks and hard places are energy that can be moved, and sometimes they must be walked through. When choices appear equally as sweet (or equally as sticky) appreciate the slightest of nudges on the strings, and trust that even without predictability or foresight, the right path – the one you take – will lead to your future. As a token of love, I promise that both paths have ups and downs, and that you must lean into your beautiful voice to hear the directions.” The traveller takes a step forward, realizing that sometimes the destination is not as important as the steps taken, and that progress made with love while listening to the whispers of your soul will always lead to the transformative powers of the right choice.

And to do that, you will need to use the energy of what’s outside, instead of relying solely on what you think is outside. And that is something of a marvel, because you will constantly re-invent your understanding of what is real.’ She leaves most witnesses perplexed, until they have a cracking-open-wide a-ha. ‘It’s like giving yourself new eyes from which to see the world,’ she smiles, “and seeing clearly for the very first time.” She promises that new inspired understandings will flow down to you shortly, and that they will be bolstered by not only logic and reason, but also heavily dripped in the divine.
